Expression of Interest — PSDP/ADP School Education & Literacy Dept., Government of Sindh (Multiple Managerial & Technical Positions)

Issuer: Office of the Project Director, PSDP ADP Scheme, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) to engage qualified consultants, managers and technical specialists for a PSDP/ADP education project in Sindh.

Scope: Multiple managerial, monitoring, MIS/GIS, finance and specialist roles across various pay scales (grades shown in the notice include PPS-11, PPS-10, PPS-09, PPS-07, PPS-06). Required qualifications and experience noted in the notice include HEC-recognized Master’s degrees (MBA/Master’s), MIS/GIS expertise, professional finance qualifications (CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA) or equivalent, and relevant sector experience (experience durations referenced include 3–7 years for various roles).
