Public Sector Auction: Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road

Public Sector Organization (GM Stores) invites sealed bids for disposal of scrap materials on an “AS AND WHERE BASIS” located at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road).

Inspection, submission and payment details are provided below. Bidders must bring original CNIC (plus two photocopies) and comply with security clearance.

Key dates and requirements:

• Inspection: Report to office of the Convener, Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang – Attock Road) at 1000 hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).
• Submission/Deposit of sealed bids: Submit sealed bids with pay order / demand draft of earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount by 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road.
• Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
• Successful bidder obligations: Payment of 100% of bid amount plus all applicable taxes as per government rules; lift scrap/items within 30 days after approval of bid. Failure to lift will result in forfeiture of 25% deposit and cancellation of bid.
• Earnest money: Refundable to unsuccessful bidders after finalization of bids by the committee.
• Participation: Bidders/individuals allowed subject to security clearance. Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted; partial bids or bids with insufficient earnest money may be cancelled.
• Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
