Issuer: Director General, Building & Housing Control Wing, Capital Development Authority (CDA).
Purpose: Owners, occupiers and management of rooftop restaurants, cafes and any other commercial/business activities operating on rooftops within the jurisdiction of CDA are directed to regularize their premises/businesses strictly in accordance with the approved Rooftop Policy and applicable CDA rules/regulations.
