First Paramount Modaraba: Rights Issue Notice — Subscription & Payment Details (Deadline 2026-09-09)

Issuer: First Paramount Modaraba. This notice informs certificate-holders that unpaid Right Certificates were credited into their CDS accounts on 2026-08-18 at the ratio of 1 Right Certificate for every 2 ordinary certificates held as at close of business on 2026-08-13. Eligible holders may subscribe for the right issue as per the schedule below.

Subscription & payment instructions:

• Payments must be made by cash or crossed cheque or demand draft payable to "FIRST PARAMOUNT MODARABA - RIGHT CERTIFICATES SUBSCRIPTION" and submitted through the designated bank branches on or before 2026-09-09 together with a completed Right Subscription Request form.
• Designated banker to the issue: Meezan Bank Limited (All Branches). IBAN: PK92MEZN00012001115299883. Account Number: 000112599883.
• Non-resident Pakistani / foreign certificate-holders: payments should be deposited in PKR and the corresponding Bank Draft / Pay Order along with copies of NICOP or passport must be sent to the Company Secretary before the closing date.
• CDC account holders / sub-account holders: an online payment facility is available through CDC-approved channels; payments must be accompanied by the Right Subscription Request. Holders should coordinate with their broker or CDC participant for online payment and subscription processing.
• All cheques, pay orders and demand drafts must be drawn on a bank situated in the same city where the Right Subscription Request is deposited. Refunds/allotments will be processed in accordance with CDC procedures.

How to submit: Submit the completed Right Subscription Request and payment to any branch of the designated banker (Meezan Bank Limited) or follow CDC/broker instructions for online payment if you are a CDS account holder. Ensure required identity documents (NIC/NICOP/Passport) are provided where applicable.
