Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Khairpur Tamewali invites sealed bids from reputable, financially sound firms/agencies for framework contracts and local purchase for supply of medicines, surgical disposables, dialysis unit items and various hospital consumables and equipment for the year 2026–2027. Eligible bidders include institutional pharmacy businesses/chain of pharmacies/distributors holding a valid Retail Drug Sale License (Form 9 – A Category, Pharmacist) for medicines and dialysis items, and financially strong companies/authorized distributors/experienced suppliers for stationery, biomedical gases, printing materials, laboratory items, X‑ray items, general store items, dental items, IT equipment, linen, and related goods.
Bidding documents and submission are through the E‑Procurement Portal: www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). A 2% Bid Security (CDR) valid for 120 days from a Scheduled Bank and processed through the e‑procurement portal is required. Taxes and duties will be applied as per government rules.
