Expression of Interest: Consultancy for Expansion and Renovation Works — Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi

The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi invites Expressions of Interest from PCATP- or PEC-registered architectural and engineering consultants and consultancy firms for issuance of RFPs for ongoing and upcoming expansion and renovation projects. Key works include LV distribution room construction and electrical infrastructure upgradation (transformer, MV/LV and cable networks); supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 TR inverter-type package air-conditioning units for Ballroom-1 and Ballroom-2 (including removal of existing units and associated electrical and mechanical works); waterproofing of the Z.A. Bukhari Mini Theatre; comprehensive fire-safety measures; construction, upgrade, extension and alteration of the entrance/guard room and internal doors of Auditorium No.1; and supply, laying and plumbing works for sewerage lines. Additional renovation works may be proposed by the Council.
