  • Valid registration as Manufacturer/Importer/Distributor/Dealer/Supplier with the relevant authority.
  • Valid manufacturing/import/sales/distributor licence and authorization letter from the manufacturer where applicable.
  • DRAP registration or registration with other competent authority for offered veterinary products, with documentary proof.
  • Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting/debarment as required by the Procuring Agency.
  • Other standard prequalification documentation as specified in the Pre-Qualification Documents.
How to apply / Submit documents Submit prequalification documents electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) as per instructions in the Pre-Qualification Documents.
Availability of documents Pre-Qualification Documents are available immediately after publication on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and can be downloaded from the system.
Opening of documents Pre-Qualification Documents will be opened on 2026-08-19 at 11:30 AM (as per notice).
