Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – General Insurance to lead the company’s operations, strategic direction, financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder relations. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and be accountable for business growth, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and customer experience.

| Key Responsibilities | Provide strategic leadership and direction; drive market expansion, product innovation and sustainable value creation; ensure regulatory compliance, effective risk management and corporate governance; manage stakeholder relationships including Board, regulators, investors and partners; lead the executive team to deliver operational excellence and business objectives. |
| Qualification | Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent from a reputable international university with significant senior experience. Alternatively, recognized actuarial qualification (e.g., ACII/Fellow/Associate of Institute or Society of Actuaries or equivalent recognized by Pakistan Society of Actuaries) with relevant senior experience. |
| Experience | Minimum 20 years post-qualification professional experience; at least 10 years in the insurance industry; minimum 5 years in a senior executive leadership role with responsibility for strategic planning, business growth, operations, financial performance and corporate governance. |
| Age Limit | Not more than 57 years as of last date of application submission. |
