ETPB Lahore Tender — Repair & Tuff Tiles Works at Shamshan Ghat, Rawalpindi (Bid Deadline 2026-09-04)

Issuer: Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore — 9-Court Street, Lahore. Phone: 042-99211184. Invitation to Bids under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure for experienced/reputed firms (minimum 5 years).

Eligibility & document purchase: Bidders must be licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and/or enlisted with ETPB in the relevant category valid for the year 2026. Complete bidding documents may be purchased on submission of a written application on company letterhead accompanied by attested copy of CNIC, ATL certificate of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlistment, and on payment of non-refundable fee. Documents available from the office of the undersigned during office hours on or before 2026-09-03. Documents will be issued to proprietors or legally authorized representatives on production of attested power of attorney.

Bid submission & opening: Sealed bids accompanied by prescribed Bid Security (Call Deposit in favour of ETP Board, Lahore from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan) must be dropped in the tender box in the office of the undersigned on 2026-09-04 before 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. If the bid is found seriously unbalanced, the successful bidder shall provide additional Performance Security as specified (Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond from an AA-rated insurer).
