PBTE Invitation to E-Bid – Procurement of Profile Workstations (PBTE/2026-27/1374)

Issuer: Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE), 21-A Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. PBTE invites encrypted electronic bids under a single-stage two-envelope procedure from reputed bidders with valid and active GST and NTN for procurement under a framework contract.

Submission method: Online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal, PPRA and PBTE websites. Encrypted e-bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Bidders must ensure timely uploading and submission; PBTE will not be responsible for portal issues. All bids must include prescribed bid security as per PPRA rules.

Key deadlines and timings: Final e-bid submission cut-off 11:00 AM on 2026-09-24. Bids will be opened as scheduled above. If the submission/opening date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
