TEVTA Tender: HR Services for OEP Project (Package TEVTA/PC/832/2025-26)

Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Punjab invites encrypted electronic bids under single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active taxpayers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and also registered with Income Tax and Provincial/Federal Sales Tax authorities for provision of HR services for the OEP Project.

Key instructions:

- Bidding documents are available for free download on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be completed in conformity with the bidding documents.

- Submit encrypted e-bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:30 AM on 2026-09-07. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.

- Bid security must be submitted online as required by PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prospective bidders should allow time to resolve any technical issues; TEVTA will not accept responsibility for late or failed submissions.
