Audit Oversight Board (independent audit regulator, Islamabad) invites applications for the position of Deputy Director / Quality Assurance Inspector. The role requires a high level of competence in auditing and financial reporting and offers the opportunity to conduct quality assurance inspections of registered audit firms and contribute to inspection programs.

Key responsibilities include: conducting quality assurance inspections of audit firms; assessing audit firms' quality control structures and their impact on audit quality; gathering and organizing information to support inspection findings; researching and consulting on technical audit issues; preparing technical comments and drafting inspection reports; developing inspection and investigation manuals; and participating in inspection projects and developmental training as per policy.
