Auction: Canteen/Cafeteria Lease at DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib – Financial Year 2026-27

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib. Auction for the lease of the hospital canteen/cafeteria for the financial year 2026-27 (from date of issuance of award letter, extendable for three months upon satisfactory performance).

- Tender documents available from the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib; also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Interested bidders must submit original bidding documents in the office of the Medical Superintendent on 25-09-2026 before 11:00 AM.

- The successful bidder must deposit three (03) months' payment of the successful bid in advance into Government Treasury within three (03) days, along with all applicable taxes for the year. Failure to deposit will result in forfeiture of the call deposit (CDR) and award to the next bidder as per rules.

- Security deposits of the second and third highest bidders will be returned after handing over the contract to the first successful bidder. If successive bidders fail to deposit, their CDRs will be forfeited and arrangements made for awarding the contract to the next bidder.

- Hospital Administration reserves the right to reject all offers before award under PPRA rules (PPRA 2014, Amendment 2016) Rule 35(1).
