Open Auction — Commercial Plots at Small Industrial Estate, Northern Bye Pass, Karachi

Issuer: Sindh Small Industries Corporation. Open public auction for allotment of commercial plots at Small Industrial Estate, Northern Bye Pass, Karachi.

Key terms and conditions:

- Leasehold rights for 99 years.

- Actual area of each plot will be measured physically.

- Successful bidder must pay 50% of the final bid amount immediately at the time of auction. The remaining 50% must be paid within 30 days; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the initial payment and cancellation of allotment.

- Plots are not permitted for residential use.

- Participants must submit a refundable Pay Order of Rs. 20,000/- in favor of Sindh Small Industries Corporation before bidding. If a bidder wins but fails to pay 50% of the bid, the Rs. 20,000/- deposit will be non-refundable.

- Offer letter will be issued to successful bidders after payment of 50% of the bid.

- A 10% withholding tax under Section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 will be applicable and must be paid by the successful bidders along with the cost of the plot.

- The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids without assigning any reason.
