Bata Pakistan Limited announces an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members to be held on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Company's registered office on G.T. Road, Batapur, Lahore. The meeting will transact items including confirmation of the minutes of the 74th Annual General Meeting (held May 25, 2026) and the election of seven (07) directors for a three-year term in accordance with Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.
Shareholders whose shares are held in the Central Depository System (CDS) must produce original CNIC or passport and CDC investor account details for identification and verification at the meeting.
