• 1-year flexible payment plan.
• Possession granted on payment of 75% of total amount, subject to provision of a valid Bank Guarantee from local scheduled bank corresponding to the remaining amount.
• Plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
• 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
• 5% additional rebate on full payment in USD.

Special facilities for overseas investors: token issuance at least one day before the auction; payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
