SNGPL Tender Notice No. 37/2026 – International & Local Supply Tenders (September 2026)

Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

SNGPL invites competitive bids from manufacturers/suppliers for international and local supply tenders. Bids will be processed under PPRA rules. Tender documents are available for purchase and some tenders are available through PPRA/EPADS as noted below. International tender fee: Rs. 2,500 (non‑refundable). Bid security: 2% of estimated value (excluding GST). Tender documents and submissions: see schedule in tables and instructions below.

General submission & opening instructions: Tenders will close at 1430 hours and will be opened publicly at 1500 hours on the dates shown for each tender at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Tender documents can be purchased up to one day before the opening date from 1000 to 1230 hours on any working day for international tenders. Local tender documents can be obtained via PPRA/EPADS. Local suppliers must provide valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and Professional Tax certificates when requesting tender documents.
