Tender: Installation of Solar Street Lights & Home Solar Systems — DG (North), Quetta

Issuer: Office of the Director General (North), Energy Department, Balochistan. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Only electronic bids via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) are accepted. Bid security: 2% (bank guarantee/deposit at call) in favour of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Eligibility & requirements:

• Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GoB).
• Active taxpayer status and active Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Financial & experience requirements: completed assignments of similar nature; turnover of at least 70% of estimated cost over the three preceding years; specific requirement to have completed similar works (DC solar home system and solar street lighting) as noted for each TSE number.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in relevant category. Specialized PEC codes: EE11(i), EE11(ii), EE11(iii), EE11(vv) (Solar / Solar Energy / Installation of Solar Power LED Street Lighting System).

Tender documents can be viewed and obtained electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk and from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on EPPS by the stated deadlines. Tender opening will be in the office of the undersigned and on EPPS on the scheduled dates and times.
