Important conditions: The vehicle is sold without any warranty and on an "as-is, where-is" basis. All vehicle documents may be examined at the listed office. All transfer costs are to be borne by the purchaser; DKH will facilitate the transfer process. The successful bidder must complete payment and vehicle transfer within one week of the award. Late or conditional bids, and any bid submitted without the required bid security, will not be accepted. DKH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; DKH's decision shall be final and binding.
