Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for the procurement of lab equipment (PCB machines) for the establishment of Makerspace Punjab (EGOV-13). Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Submission: Technical and financial bids (submitted separately) must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are responsible for timely online submission on the eP portal. Electronic bids require prior registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligibility & documentation: Bidders must comply with tender document requirements including income/sales tax registration certificate and other documentary requirements stated in the tender document. Technical and financial bids must be in complete conformity with the tender document.
