| Submission of Sealed Bids | Submit at the Office of Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital. Bids must be clearly marked "SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES" and received on or before 24th September 2026 up to 11:00 am. |
| Bid Opening | 25th September 2026 at 11:00 am at the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (bidders or authorised representatives may attend). |
| Earnest Money / Bid Security | Rs. 100,000 per vehicle via Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favour of Businessmen Hospital Trust. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 15th October 2026 via cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft. Successful bidder’s earnest money will be adjusted against purchase price. |
| Payment & Handover | Successful bidder to deposit balance amount within 5 working days of bid acceptance. Vehicles handed over after full payment and completion of formalities. All taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges and other expenses to be borne by the successful bidder. |
