Bid submission: Deposit sealed bids with pay order / demand draft of earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1100 Hrs on 07-10-2026 (Wednesday) at: Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang - Attock Road.

Key terms and conditions:

• Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
• Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization by the committee.
• Successful bidders must pay 100% of the amount plus applicable government taxes before lifting items.
• Successful bidders must lift scrap/items within 30 days after bid approval; failure will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid.
• Only complete-lot bids will be accepted; partial bids or bids with less earnest money will be cancelled.
• Participants must present original valid CNIC with two photocopies for entry.
• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning a reason.
