Auction of Scrap Materials — Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road) — Bids by 2026-10-07

Issuer: Public Sector Organization (Convener Auction Committee, GM (Stores)). A sealed-bid auction will be held on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" for scrap materials located near Jabbi Stop on Fateh Jang – Attock Road.

Key details and conditions:

- Inspection: Report to the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang–Attock Road) at 1000 hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

- Submission: Deposit sealed bids with a pay order / demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1100 hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang – Attock Road.

- Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

- Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization by the committee.

- Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount plus all applicable taxes as per government rules and will be allowed to lift items after full payment.

- Successful bidders must lift scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid. If they fail, 25% of the amount deposited with the quotation will be forfeited and the bid cancelled.

- Participation: Bidders/individuals will be allowed to participate subject to security clearance. All participants must bring original valid CNIC and two photocopies; entry will not be allowed without these.

- Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted. Partial bids or bids with less than the required earnest money will be liable to cancellation.

- The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
