Public Sector Auction of Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) — Bids by 2026-10-07

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization (Contact: GM (Stores)). Reference: PID(1)2624/26.

Purpose: Sealed-bid auction of scrap materials on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" located near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road).

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap/stores by reporting to the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) at 1000 Hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Bid submission: Submit sealed bids with a pay order / demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1100 Hrs on 2026-10-07 at the address: Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang - Attock Road. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Conditions: Only bidders cleared by security staff will be allowed to participate. Bids for complete lots only will be accepted; partial bids or bids with insufficient earnest money will be cancelled. Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after bid finalization. Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount plus all applicable taxes as per government rules and lift the scrap/items within 30 days of bid approval; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid. All participants must bring original/valid CNIC with two photocopies. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning a reason.
