Issuer: Prime Minister’s Special Relief Scheme (Uraan Pakistan). This relief provides subsidised petrol at Rs.100 per litre for eligible small vehicles. Eligible owners must register via SMS from the mobile number registered on their CNIC.
Eligible vehicles: Motorcycles, chingchis, rickshaws and private vehicles up to 800 cc.

Registration steps (summary):
1. From the mobile number registered on your CNIC, send the SMS as shown above to 9771.
2. You will receive a verification and a token (message with TOK and a code).
3. Present the token and your CNIC/vehicle details at a participating petrol pump to obtain the subsidised petrol.

- Use the exact vehicle registration number without spaces. - Ensure the SMS is sent from the mobile number that is registered against your CNIC. - Keep the received token/message to present at the petrol station.
