Municipal Committee Mianwali Framework Tenders for Repairs, Furniture & Electrical Supplies (FY 2026-27)

- All procurements from 2026-07-01 will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement portal or the Punjab PPRA website.

- Tendering method: Single Stage Single Envelope as per PPRA rules. Bid security (earnest money) for each lot must be submitted digitally per the procedure available on YouTube/Punjab E-Procurement guidance.

- Bidders must quote item-wise, scan the complete bid package and upload electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.

- Submission period: from date of publication until 2026-10-05 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-05 at 01:30 PM on Punjab E-Procurement in presence of Municipal Committee Mianwali representatives and the tender opening committee.

- Conditional, un-sealed, incomplete, cut/overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee and other conditions apply as per PPRA/Government rules and the bidding documents. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
