Issuer: National Highway Authority (Central Zone), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan. Re‑invitation to electronic bids for balance works of a periodic maintenance contract at risk & cost of the defaulted contractor.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidding documents (terms & conditions and detailed instructions) will be available for free download from the NHA e‑procurement portal starting 2026-08-17. Electronic bids must be submitted as per bidding instructions.

Submission deadline: Bids must reach the specified address on or before 2026-08-28 by 11:00 Hrs (Technical e‑Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs).

Registration: All firms must register on the eProcurement portal (EPADs/PPR) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual (hard copy) bids may be eliminated in future procurements.
