Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites applications from firms with established technical, financial and managerial credentials for pre-qualification / walk-in registration for supply of medicines and surgical disposables for day-to-day local purchases.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Bidding documents with full details can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA and institutional websites.

- Only technical proposals are invited for prequalification. Eligible firms include those able to supply national/multinational/imported medicines, medical devices and surgical disposables. Registered firms with LPDD for day-to-day registration are eligible to apply.

- Hard copy of financial instruments (bid security) as proof of submission must be received at the Purchase Cell, Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology before 2026-08-31 11:00 AM.

- Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules/PPRA Rules (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement System rules 2024. Opening of bids will take place through the Punjab e-Procurement System on the specified opening time.
