Eligibility & procedure: Firms must not be debarred or blacklisted by any Government/Semi‑Government/Public Department and must meet specified criteria under PCBDDA procurement regulations. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be accompanied by original Bid Security in shape of Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR.
Pre‑bid meeting: A pre‑bid meeting will be held on 2026‑10‑01 at 12:00 PM in the conference room of the PCBDDA Office Complex.
