PASSCO Tender: Transportation Services for Shifting Wheat to Multan and Khanewal Zones (PASSCO/PROCUREMENT/TRANSPORT/02/2026)

Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation (PASSCO) invites electronic bids via EPADS for hiring transportation services to shift wheat from PASSCO zones to PASSCO godowns at Multan and Khanewal zones and other zones. Bids must be submitted online by 23 July 2026, 12:38 hours and will be opened at 13:00 the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 July 2026 at 12:00 hours.

Rates should be quoted per ton per kilometre inclusive of loading/unloading, labour, POL, applicable taxes, tolls and 0.25% stamp duty. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as required by PPRA Rule 25 (table lists Rs.5,000,000) and the successful bidder will deposit 5% performance security of the contracted amount in cash/cheque/CDR/SDR (bank guarantees will not be accepted).
