Tender: Construction of 10 Classrooms & Wooden Partitions – PAF-IAST Mang, Haripur

Pak‑Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF‑IAST), Mang, Haripur invites sealed bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with PEC and KPRA under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 on a single‑stage single‑envelope procedure for the following works. Tender documents are available electronically via the institute website and EPADS‑KPPRA.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Tender fee / stationery charges: Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 2,000 in favor of the Rector, PAF‑IAST, to be submitted to the Procurement Office before tender opening.
- Bidders must be registered with PEC and KPRA and follow KPPRA procurement rules 2014.
- Bid security: normally 2% of Engineer's Estimate. Contractors quoting up to 10% below Engineer's Estimate shall submit bid security of 2% only. If a contractor quotes more than 20% below, the bid will be considered non‑responsive unless the differential amount is deposited as additional security. The procuring entity may accept bids up to 20% below with additional conditions as described in the tender document.
- Tender documents, detailed scope, terms, conditions and evaluation criteria are available on the institute website and EPADS/KPPRA portals.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before the stated date/time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the stated opening dates in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
