Pakistan Navy / Military Engineer Services Pre-Qualification Notice for Multiple Construction Works

Issuer: HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tenders for multiple civil works under PPRA rules.

The following works are listed for pre-qualification:

Eligibility & required documents (as stated): firms/contractors enlisted with MES (category A & B) or other government departments with relevant experience. Applicants must provide a company profile containing required information and supporting documents. Required documents include list of similar completed works with value and client details, performance certificates, bank statements for last two years, National Tax Number (NTN) / FBR documents, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration/certificate. Firms without valid PEC registration will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.

Procedure & collection: Tender/pre-qualification documents are available from HQ DW&CE (Navy), Islamabad. Completed pre-qualification documents and tender applications must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (Navy) as per the instructions in the original notice.
