Director General Mines & Minerals, Punjab (Poonch House, Multan Road, Lahore) invites e-procurement bids on a lot basis from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for the supply of stores and services listed below. Bidders must submit separate e-tenders for each lot through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key requirements and conditions:
- Bid security (E-Bid security) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in favor of the Director General, Mines & Minerals, Punjab, Lahore and will be verified on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
- Performance guarantee (security) of 7% of the approved rate in favor of the Director General, Mines & Minerals, Punjab, Lahore, will be verified on the Punjab E-Procurement System as per warranty period.
- Tenders will follow PPRA Rules 2014, Section 36(2)(a) — Single Stage "Two Envelope" procedure. Technical/single-envelope documents required as per the bidding documents; each item/lot shall have mandatory technical sample/brochure where applicable.
- Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (or https://pproc.punjab.gov.pk as referenced).
- E-Procurement Bid Submission Date & Time: 2026-10-15 until 10:30 AM. E-Procurement Bid Opening Date & Time: 2026-10-15 at 11:00 AM.
- E-Bid validity will be until the close of the Financial Year i.e. 30-06-2027.
- Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Conditional or late bids will not be entertained. Bidders must upload bids and required documents through the e-procurement system before the deadline.
