GIZ Pakistan (implemented under the EU & BMZ co‑financed “EU Support to Better Governance and Business Environment in Pakistan” – Textiles II) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms to implement a consultancy assignment supporting 115 SMEs across Textile & Apparel, Leather, Medical & Surgical Instruments, Rice Processing and Sporting Goods sectors.

Submission requirements
Interested firms should submit a company profile and EOI documents in a sealed envelope, including evidence of relevant experience, references, contractual proof of completed projects, company registration, tax documents and audited financial statements for the last three years. Only firms meeting the EOI eligibility will be invited to submit a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP). Submission of an EOI does not guarantee inclusion in the RFP process. Incomplete or incorrectly titled submissions may be excluded.
Notes: Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals. Include the EOI reference number (Ref No 10046862) and title "Expression of Interest (EOI) for Responsible Production & Supply Chain Development" on the envelope.
