Principal / Director General, College of Ophthalmology & Allied Vision Sciences (COAVS), Lahore (Bid Ref: COAVS I-26227) invites e-bids from eligible firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for supply of medical and laboratory equipment for FY 2026-2027. Procurement mode: DDP. Certification: Single certification as per tender clauses. Bidding follows single-stage two-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR).
