| Key Responsibilities | Ensure compliance with SECP corporate governance requirements; organize and manage Board, committee meetings and AGMs (agenda, papers, minutes); facilitate communication between the Board, management and regulators; support board composition, director appointments and induction programs; maintain statutory registers, corporate records and minutes; prepare and review governance and company secretariat documentation; ensure timely and accurate filings and regulatory compliance. |
| Essential Qualifications & Experience | Member of a recognized professional accounting body OR member of a recognized corporate/chartered secretaries body OR Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or Law from a recognized university. Substantial post-qualification experience — the advert specifies senior-level corporate secretariat experience (including Company Secretary experience in listed or corporate organizations). |
| Terms | Initial probation period (first three months). Market-based, competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. |
