Bid security as specified in the compliance sheet must be submitted with the sealed bidding documents. The Technical Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "VIDEO MIXER-2/ME WITH ALL ACCESSORIES & ALLIED EQUIPMENT." Financial proposals will be invited at Stage 2 from pre-qualified firms only. PTVC reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with clause 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
