The required fields are: REG (type the word REG and a space), National Identity Card number (CNIC), vehicle registration number, and date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY). For example, send: REG <space> CNIC <space> VehicleReg <space> DD/MM/YYYY to 740051596983.
