Public Notice: Al-Aziz Garden Housing Scheme — Mouza Chak No. 35, Pattoki, Kasur

Al-Aziz Garden Housing Scheme has applied to the District Council, Kasur for measurement of land for the proposed housing scheme located at Mouza Chak No. 35, JagoWala Road, Tehsil Pattoki, District Kasur. The application was submitted through Chief Executive Mr. Rafaqat Mehmood and Mr. Shafaqat Mehmood S/O Muhammad Shafi, address: Post Office Chak No. 35, Burj Mahalam, Tehsil Pattoki, District Kasur. Reference: IPL-10085.

Any person having an objection against the housing scheme or the title of the land must submit the objection in writing to the undersigned (Chief Officer, District Council Kasur) within fifteen working days from the date of publication of this notice. Objections filed after the due date will not be entertained. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the District Council, Kasur to approve the scheme.
