Issuer: Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited (CPPA-G). CPPA-G is seeking a senior, experienced Chief Internal Auditor on a contract basis to provide independent assurance and strategic oversight to the Board and senior management, strengthen governance, risk management and internal controls, and lead an evolving Internal Audit function.

| Required Qualification | Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputable local or international university/institute. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience including at least 5 years in senior management/executive roles. Demonstrated expertise in auditing, risk management, designing internal control procedures and ensuring financial/compliance reliability in public or private sector organizations. Preference for candidates with experience in state-owned enterprises and the power sector. |
| Eligibility/Conditions | Must meet fit-and-proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Competitive market-based compensation aligned with seniority and responsibilities. |
| Age Limit | Up to 57 years as of closing date of advertisement. |
