FIA Faisalabad Tender: Outsourcing Class-IV Staff (Dispatch Riders, Frash, Sweepers) — Bid by 2026-09-28

Issuer: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Zonal Office Faisalabad. Tender No. 01/2026-27 for outsourcing non-consultancy Class-IV staff for FIA Zonal Office Faisalabad.

Submission and bid opening: Electronic bids only via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk / www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted by 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at FIA Zonal Office Faisalabad through EPADS. Register on the EPADS vendor portal before submission.

Bid security: 2% of quoted price as CDR/Pay Order in favour of FIA Faisalabad Zone (refundable). The CDR/Pay Order must be submitted in hard copy to the office in a sealed envelope before bid opening.

Other conditions: Rates for each staff grade/cadre should be quoted separately. Bidders must be registered with relevant government departments and tax authorities (FBR & PRA) as active taxpayers. Bidders must adhere to the minimum wage rate notified by the Labour & Human Resource Department. Payments will be made as per available/released budget through AGPR Sub Office, Lahore. Income Tax/Withholding Tax, PRA & Sales Tax (if applicable) will be deducted according to law. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under relevant PPRA rules. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee is available on EPADS.
