FIA Faisalabad Tender No. 01/2026-27 — Outsourcing Class-IV Staff (Dispatch Rider, Farash, Sweeper)

Office of the Director, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), FIA Zonal Office Faisalabad invites electronic bids for outsourcing Class-IV staff (Dispatch Rider, Farash, Sweeper) on a least-cost, single-stage one-envelope basis under PPRA Rules 2004.

How to apply and other conditions

• Bid documents are available on EPADS v2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
• Applications must be submitted electronically only through EPADS v2.0; all bidders must register on the EPADS vendors portal.
• Bids must include bid security of 2% of quoted price in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favour of FIA Faisalabad Zone (refundable). The bid security must be submitted in hard copy to the office in a sealed envelope before bid opening.
• Bidders must quote separate rates for each staff cadre and adhere to the minimum wage notified by the Labour & Human Resource Department. All applicable duties, taxes and charges (FBR/PRA/other) must be included in the financial bid.
• Payments will be made as per available/released budget through AGPR Sub Office, Lahore.
• Income Tax/Withholding Tax, PRA & Sales Tax (if applicable) will be deducted as per law.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules. A Grievance Redressal Committee notification is available on EPADS.
