MES Tender Notice — Prequalification for Works at HIT Taxila & ARF PAC Kamra (Deadline 2026-10-05)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (HQ DW&CE (DP), GHQ Rawalpindi). Applications with credentials are invited for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for multiple construction and E&M works under PRA Rules (clauses 13, 15 & 16). Pre-qualified firms will be issued tender documents.

Key submission & eligibility information:

- Submission location: HQ DW&CE (DP), GHQ Rawalpindi. Tenders to be received at 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours on 2026-10-05.

- Required documents: firm credentials, details of completed projects (work orders, locations and photographs), satisfactory completion certificates from users, list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years.

- Eligibility: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field (categories C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5) with validity up to June 2026. Preferably enlisted with MES in categories A, B or C. Non-enlisted firms may be required to provide 2% bid security (refundable). Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi required. No adverse report or outstanding recoveries with DB&E.
