Sale of Used Ambulances — Sealed Bids by Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences

Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (Shalamar Hospital) invites sealed bids for the sale of used/second-hand ambulances on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.

Submission of sealed bids: Bids clearly marked "SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES" must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital, on or before 24th September 2026 up to 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on 25th September 2026 at 11:00 am in the office of the Chief Operating Officer in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

Bid security / Earnest money: Rs. 100,000 per vehicle (One hundred thousand only) must accompany each bid as Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favour of Businessmen Hospital Trust. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 15th October 2026 via cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft. Earnest money of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the purchase price.

Payment & handover: Successful bidder shall deposit the balance sale amount within 5 working days of acceptance of the bid. Vehicles will be handed over after receipt of full payment and completion of required formalities. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges and other expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder.

Other conditions: The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
