Public Sector Auction: Scrap Materials at Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) — Bids by 2026-10-07

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids for disposal of scrap materials on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS" located near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road).

Inspection: Report to the office of the Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) at 1000 Hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday) for inspection of scrap/stores.

Submission & Earnest Money: Submit sealed bids along with a pay order / demand draft equal to 25% of the bid amount (earnest money) before 1100 Hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang - Attock Road. Bids must be for the complete lot only; partial bids or bids with less earnest money will be cancelled.

Validity & Refunds: Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization by the committee.

Award & Payment: Successful bidders must pay 100% of the amount plus all applicable taxes as per prevailing government rules/regulations and lift the scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid. Failure to lift within 30 days will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid.

Participation Requirements: Participation is subject to clearance by security staff. All participants must bring their original/valid CNIC along with two photocopies; entry will not be allowed without these documents.

Other Conditions: Auction is on an "AS AND WHERE BASIS." The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
