Eligibility: Manufacturers as well as contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers by the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan may submit sealed tenders. Fees & bid security: Tender fee Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). All bidders required to deposit Rs. 10,000 (refundable) as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat; CDR will be released to the successful contractor on completion of contracted items.

Submission & opening schedule (single-stage, two-envelope method):

Bid validity: Bids will remain valid for acceptance up to 2026-12-31. Firms must bring original registration documents, NTN certificate, proof of financial health, bank statement of last six months and copy of CNIC as required. Firms must submit separate sealed envelopes marked "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL". Offers from blacklisted firms will not be accepted.
