Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites proposals for consultancy services for the engagement of a firm to carry out Outcome Evaluation & Impact Assessment of SMEDA’s MSME Support Programmes for FY 2025–26.
Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules. Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) technique will be used. Bidders must be registered and submit proposals electronically via the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.
