Tender: Renovation of Kitchens & Electrical Works — Hostels & Blocks, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Lahore

Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab invites single-stage single-envelope tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for renovation and electrical works at hostel and administrative blocks of the Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Lahore.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms enlisted with or renewed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 having PEC Category C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes CE-10 & EE-04. The original PEC license/registration certificate showing the relevant category and specialized code must be produced.

Submission & Bid Security: Bid security equal to 5% of the bid (as PSID) must be submitted through the e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (including Call Deposit Receipts / CDR) will be accepted. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Procurement Platform & Documents: Tender documents, terms and conditions and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids/tenders must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System only.

Deadlines & Opening: Last date for online submission: 2026-10-10 by 11:00 AM. Online opening of bids: 2026-10-10 at 11:30 AM. In case of a government-declared holiday on the day of closing/opening, the next working day will be considered.
