Inspection: Report to office of Convener Auction Committee near Jabbi Stop (Fateh Jang - Attock Road) at 1000 Hrs on 2026-10-05 (Monday).

Bid submission: Deposit sealed bids with pay order / demand draft of earnest money (25% of bid amount) before 1100 Hrs on 2026-10-07 (Wednesday) at Jabbi Stop, Fateh Jang - Attock Road.

Terms & conditions:

- Bidders/individuals allowed to participate subject to security clearance by security staff.

- Bids must be sealed; bids accepted for complete lot only. Partial/individual quantity bids or bids with less earnest money are liable to cancellation.

- Bids remain valid for 90 days from date of opening.

- Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization by the committee.

- Successful bidders must pay 100% amount plus all applicable taxes as per government rules and lift the scrap/items within 30 days after approval of the bid. Failure to lift within 30 days will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid.

- All participants must bring original/valid CNIC with two photocopies for entry.

- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
