NPPMCL EOI for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors — Submit by 2026-07-24

National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputable Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026–2027. The appointment covers audit of NPPMCL, which operates RLNG power plants at Balloki (District Kasur) and Haveli Bahadur Shah (District Jhang). RFPs will be issued only to shortlisted firms and auditing services will be procured under the Quality and Cost Based Method as per the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.

Eligible firms must hold valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, be entitled under Audit Oversight Board regulations, have a minimum 20 years' practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, and demonstrate recent audit experience of listed, public sector/government-owned and energy sector companies. Firms must have at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners employed by 31 December 2025 (and maintained thereafter). Submit EOIs signed by a partner with documentary evidence via the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 2026-07-24 11:00 AM; EOIs will be opened on EPADS the same day at 11:30 AM.
